So...to travel back in time you have to go to the medical museum! I think you will find a lot of interesting exhibits about medicine history, life, and the work of doctors. The museum was established in 1973.
You can wander through historical relics, ancient medical instruments, and even medicinal plants, which were used for medical treatment and hygiene in Kievan Rus of the 10th and 11th centuries. Here you will see interior settings and dioramas with figures of scientists, doctors, and sick people.
The museum also features the development of medicine in surgery, ophthalmology, gynecology, and bacteriology in the 19th century.
Exhibits pertaining to Holodomor and Chernobyl are presented in the central hall.
Entrance fee is about $3.00.
